Notice of special general meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Bentleigh Uniting Cricket Club will be held as follows:

Time: 7:30 PM

Venue: Bentleigh RSL

Purpose of the Meeting

The purpose of this Special General Meeting is for members to consider and vote on a proposal for the Bentleigh Uniting Cricket Club to merge with the West Bentleigh Cricket Club, creating a unified cricket club structure moving forward.

Special Resolution

Members will be asked to vote on the following resolution:

"That the Bentleigh Uniting Cricket Club proceed to merge with the West Bentleigh Cricket Club, subject to any necessary agreements, approvals, and administrative requirements."

Attendance and Voting

All financial members of the Bentleigh Uniting Cricket Club are encouraged to attend and participate in this important decision regarding the future of our club.
