2025/26 Proposed Policy Amendments

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-governed club environment, we are proposing several updates to our club’s governance and policy framework. These include:

  • A refreshed Club Constitution to bring our structure and practices in line with current standards and expectations.

  • The revitalised Code of Conduct, designed to clearly outline the behaviour we value and expect across all areas of our club, on and off the field.

We want to be clear that these changes are not reactive measures but proactive steps to ensure we continue to provide a safe and respectful environment for all members. These updates reflect our growth as a club and our responsibility to set a strong example for our community.

We welcome your feedback and look forward to discussing these proposals further at the AGM.
